This machine is designed to make four(4) models. It extends from the design of traditional machine, so the width of tenons and mortises is adjustable. The machine can process wood materials up to 27,5” wide. For the narrow pieces, an internal function can separate the working area into three(3) sections, feeding three(3) sets of wood materials at the same time.

Able to set the working speed, sizes of tenons and mortises, intervals by simple operation interface. The files can be saved for repeated use.

The machine will separate the working tables into left and right areas. When one area is working, operators can change materials at the other area. You don’t have to stop and you increase work efficiency.

Stable high performance motor.

High quality Mitsubishi PLC. For a maximal security, the computer stops automatically upon wrong operation or setting. More than that, the machine stops automatically under power failure or insufficient air pressure.
